How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Reflect, such as providers for cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI inference and reflection generation, speech transcription, and subscription verification.
Examples of providers used in the current Reflect stack may include Apple, Google, Firebase, OpenAI-compatible model providers, and speech-to-text providers such as Deepgram or AssemblyAI, depending on the feature path being used.
AI Processing
Reflect uses AI services to generate reflection summaries and structured insights from the content you choose to provide.
When you submit reflection content, that content may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing so the app can return reflection outputs to you. We use this processing to provide the product's core functionality, not to sell your data.

Reflection history and associated insight data may remain stored until you delete the data, request deletion, or we no longer need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Some information may remain in backups or system logs for a limited period where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational continuity.
