Common Help Topics
Sign-in Issues
Reflect currently supports email and password, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In. If you cannot sign in, include the sign-in method you used and any error message you saw.
Subscription Support
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct Apple ID used for the purchase
- Use the in-app restore or refresh flow if available
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings
For billing issues handled by Apple, Apple may be the correct first point of contact.
Reflection History or Sync Questions
If your reflection history looks incomplete or out of sync, contact support and include your account email, device model, iOS version, and the approximate time the problem occurred.
Voice Input Issues
- Confirm microphone permission is enabled for Reflect in iOS Settings
- Check that your network connection is stable
- Try again after fully closing and reopening the app
Privacy and Data Requests
To request account deletion, data deletion, or a privacy-related review of your account, email support@derektaotang.online.
Please send your request from the email address associated with your Reflect account when possible.
